Stone paper application:
Stone base paper produced by blowing machine,casting machine or rolling machine should be coated.The coating solution is prepared according to the formula.The base paper is coated on the coating machine by rotary reverse coating method or polished rod scraping method.It works through forming reverse velocity difference between the paper surface,the coating roller and the coating material supply roller.It can be evenly and stably adhered to the paper surface.After drying in oven,repeat the same operation to coat the back of paper.Finally the stone paper roll can be stabilized by constant tension.The coated stone paper can be used for writing,printing,books,magazines,notebooks,advertising brochures,maps,tote bags,cardboard boxes and other products.
