(1) Calender production
Due to the addition of more inorganic fillers in the mask formulation, the rheological behavior of the PVC melt is different from that of the general soft PVC calendered film. Therefore, based on the selection of the best wallpaper formula, the melt viscosity is appropriately reduced and the composite pressure is increased. Controlling the mixing, compounding, embossing and other processes, and carefully adjusting the tension control of the entire production line is the key to wallpaper production. The main control conditions are as follows:
1. Put a small amount of resin and plasticizer before high-speed kneading, then apply all the color paste and stabilizer slurry. After stirring for half a minute, add all the resin and plasticizer. When the temperature reaches 90-100 °C, add calcium carbonate. High speed kneading for 3 minutes;
2. The plasticizing temperature of the extruder is generally controlled at 160-180 ° C;
3. The plasticizing temperature of the two-roll refining is usually controlled at 165-175 ° C, and the roll distance is 3 mm;
4. The temperature of the four-roll calender is controlled at about 170 °C, the speed of the four-roller is 10-20 m/min, and the speed of the foamed wallpaper is lower, and the film thickness is generally 0.15-0.2 mm;
5. Membrane-paper composite process is an important process in the production process of calendered wallpaper. In addition to the formulation factors, the film surface temperature, paper-based preheating temperature, composite pressure and pressure balance, etc. There are varying degrees of impact. Generally, the paper base preheating temperature is 80 to 100 ° C, and the composite pressure is 0.80 to 0.98 MPa.
(2) Extrusion calendering production
The key to the production process is to ensure the synchronization of the speed of each part, so that the speed of each part is about 300r/min; the mixing temperature of high-speed kneader is 100-105 °C, the kneading time is about 20min; the temperature of the twin-screw mixing extruder body is about 160 ° C; single screw extruder body temperature is 145 ° C, 155 ° C, 165 ° C, 175 ° C, head temperature is 185 ° C; preheat roll temperature is 70-80 ° C; calender roll temperature is about 180 ° C.
