Raw material
1) outer base film: BOPP, thickness 20um
2) Thermal layer inner layer resin: LDPE, should contain no or as few additives as possible, such as lubricants, MFR is 5-8g/10min, using Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Corporation coating grade 1C7A resin.
2. Equipment
Japan Modern Co., Ltd. 65/1200 extrusion compound machine.
3. Process
1) Process when the original AC agent is used
BOPP film→printing→winding a printing film winding one coating AC agent one drying one extrusion compounding→cooling one winding.
2) No AC agent extrusion compounding process
BOPP film→printing and winding→printing film winding-corona treatment→extrusion compounding→cooling→winding.
Process conditions to make the following improvements
1) Corona treatment is applied before BOPP printing film extrusion compounding to increase surface tension.
2) Increasing the melting temperature of the extruded LDPE, which is 10 to 15 ° C higher than usual.
3) Increase the composite pressure, from 0.29MPa to 0.44MP
4) Tension adjustment for strict segmentation control.
5) The water temperature of the cooling roller is also adjusted accordingly so that the water temperature is slightly higher than the normal water temperature.
4. Process conditions
BOPP film thickness 20um, composite LDPE film thickness 20um
Screw speed: 180r/min
Compound speed: 100r/min
Extrusion temperature: barrel temperature 205 ~ 350 ° C.
The head connector temperature is 350 °C.
The head temperature is 305 ~ 344 ~ -320 °C.
Resin melt temperature: 328.4 °C.
Resin melt pressure: 4.12 MPa.
Composite pressure: 0.4 MPa.
Air gap distance: 150mm.
Tension control: take-up tension 1.37MPa; release tension 0.69MPa
Traction speed: 180r/min
