Extrusion coating composite device
The extrusion coating composite device is mainly composed of five parts: namely, an extruder and a T-type machine.

(1) Extruder and T-type machine heads for the production of extrusion-coated composite film, the extruder screw diameter is generally 65-250m; currently used in China is 90mm most common. The extrusion amount of PE can reach 180kg/h. The screw length to diameter ratio is relatively large, ranging from 25 to 30. The head connector is connected to the extruder and the T-type head. The general material is carbon steel and the surface is plated with hard chrome. The T-shaped head is V-shaped in the transverse direction, which can shorten the contact line distance between the air gap silicone rubber pressure roller and the cooling roller. The effective length of the T-type die can be designed according to requirements. The length of use can be adjusted by the structure of the moving sample inside the die. In addition, the extruder frame is made into a reciprocating type, and the front and rear strokes of the rail are adopted. When the vehicle is retracted, a limit switch is used and an alarm device is attached.
(2) The unwinding device unwinding frame adopts the two-axis rotating mode, and after the pneumatic automatic splicing device, the unwinding process is automatically and continuously operated. The key to unwinding is constant tension, so the automatic tension controller and tension roller are configured to automatically adjust the tension of the unwinding position. A side controller should also be fitted to control the flatness of the printed web.
(3) The AC agent coating device consists of a coating device and a drying tunnel. This is the pre-processing part of the diagram. There are many ways to coat the device, as described in Section 3.2.3 above, while the coating of AC is generally a two-roller roll coating consisting of a coating roll, a rubber roll and a coating pan. After the coated substrate enters the drying tunnel, the solution is removed. The drying tunnel is generally arched and adopts a hot air jet drying method. The drying tunnel is composed of a nozzle, a blower, an exhaust fan, an electric heater and a guide roller.
4) The coating composite device is composed of a cooling roller, a silicone rubber roller, a back pressure roller and a peeling roller, wherein the cooling roller is the most important part of the composite device, and the internal single-screw or double-screw cooling pipeline is commonly used, which can The surface temperature of the chill roll is evenly distributed, and the chrome-plated steel roll on the surface of the chill roll plays an important role in the performance of the product, the transparency and gloss of the product. The surface shape of the cooling roller is divided into the following types: 1 mirror cooling roller, which can make the product transparent and glossy, but the product has poor peelability from the cooling roller: 2 semi-mirror cooling roller, the transparency and gloss of the product are slightly poor, but the peeling performance is good. : 3 frosted surface cooling roller, the product is basically opaque, but the strippability is very good, the surface temperature distribution of the cooling roller is uniform, the cooling effect is good, and the silicone rubber roller can protect the steel roller with high temperature resistant silicone rubber on the surface. The cooling tube cools its surface. Its function is to press the substrate and the hot-melt plastic against the cooling roller, and the composite is pressed according to the substrate and the molten film. Silicone rubber is about 1.5 to 20 mm thick, and has good heat resistance and wear resistance, and good peelability from plastic. However, silicone rubber itself has poor strength and is easy to be mechanically damaged. In addition, silicone rubber is expensive, so care should be taken to protect its surface. Damaged, once the surface is damaged, it will affect the quality of the product. Only when the silicone rubber is ground, the surface can be re-flattened.
