Extrusion blown flat ribbon film production line
(1) Raw materials for extrusion molding of polypropylene flat wire are selected, mainly including polypropylene resin with isotactic index ≥ 96% and tensile yield strength ≥ 30MPa. The melt flow rate (MFR) of the resin is required to be within the range of 1.5~6g/10min; There shall be no impurities and crystal points in the resin, and 150 mesh filter screen shall be used for filtration and granulation during production.Y180L, Y200L of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company and F401, F501 and F401H of Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Company can be selected as the special materials for flat wire production.
(2) Equipment conditions Single screw extruder for polypropylene flat filament extrusion. The common specifications of screw diameter are p65mm and+90mm; The length diameter ratio of the screw L/D>25:1, and the front end of the screw is equipped with a barrier structure that can improve the mixing and plasticizing ability of raw materials. Before molten materials enter the mold, 80 mesh filter screen shall be used to remove impurities in raw materials.
The structure of the molding die is the same as that of the mold for blow molding PP film and extrusion molding flat film (see Fig. 6-14 and Fig. 6-34 for mold structure). As can be seen from Figure 9-7 and Figure 9-8, the auxiliary machines in the PP flat wire extrusion molding production line mainly include film cooling and setting device, drafting roller group, slitting, heat treatment and coiling device.
