Extrusion blown flat ribbon film production line
① Cooling circulating water shall be used to cool the hopper and barrel feed inlet during production to ensure smooth supply of raw materials and continuous forward delivery of raw materials in the feeding section.
② The plasticizing temperature of raw materials in the extruder shall be controlled within the range of 180~250 ℃ when the extrusion flat film method is used for production; When the blow molding method is used for production, the temperature of the plasticizing raw material of the barrel shall be controlled within the range of 180~220 ℃. The reference process temperature of plasticizing raw materials in each section of the extruder barrel is 170~190 ℃ in the feeding section, 190~220 ℃ in the plasticizing section, and 210~250 ℃ in the homogenizing section. When the temperature is too high, the raw material is easy to be degraded and oxidized, and the strength of the flat filament decreases; When the temperature is low, the raw material plasticization is not sufficient, and the film is easy to break during stretching.
The temperature of forming die is 210~230 ℃. The material temperature when forming the membrane can be close to the maximum temperature of the raw material plasticizing in the extruder, but generally it is slightly lower than the maximum temperature of the molten material.
③ In order to improve the tensile strength of the flat wire and facilitate the smooth drawing, the temperature of the cooling medium should be controlled within the range of 20~40 ℃. When the water tank cooling water is used to cool the film blank, the distance between the water level of the cold pad and the die lip shall be adjustable within 20~50mm. The flow rate of molten material extruded from the die lip shall be consistent; The cooling water level is stable without ripple.
④ The cutting width of the membrane before stretching is determined according to the needs. Generally, the membrane width is 1.5~8mm. The rough calculation method of diaphragm cutting width is: b=b1v
Where, 6 -- width of slitting diaphragm, mm; B - width of flat wire, mm-- Stretching times.
⑤ When the membrane is stretched, it is heated in an oven at about 140 ℃; Heat with arc plate at 110~120 ℃. When the temperature is low, the stretch diaphragm is easy to break, and when the temperature is high, the stretch diaphragm is easy to stick to the roller. The drawing ratio is 6~7 times, and the speed of the fast drawing roller is determined by the thickness of the membrane and the drawing ratio.
⑥ The heat treatment of flat wire after stretching is to eliminate the internal stress generated when the membrane becomes flat wire after stretching, so as to reduce the shrinkage of finished flat wire in application. The heat treatment temperature of the flat wire is slightly higher than the stretching temperature, which can be controlled within the range of 130~150 ℃. As the flat wire shrinks slightly during heat treatment, the speed of flat wire drafting roll after heat treatment is slower than that of fast roll during flat wire drawing, which can be controlled to be 2%~3% slower than that of fast roll during drawing.
⑦ The winding of flat wire mainly requires that the winding tension of flat wire in each coil is uniform, and too large or too small tension will affect the weaving production of flat wire. Generally, it is driven by torque motor, and the winding shaft can also be used as an electromagnetic structure. The speed and tension are all automatically controlled.
