Polypropylene flat wire
The extrusion molding of polypropylene flat wire is made of polypropylene resin, which is plasticized and melted by an extruder, extruded into a film, cut into the same width, and then longitudinally stretched and heat treated. Like other polypropylene products, this polypropylene flat wire has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, low density, good tensile strength and high heat resistance temperature.Polypropylene flat filament is mainly used to weave bags or cloth. Polypropylene woven bags can be used to package all kinds of grain, cement, fertilizer and vegetables; After woven into cloth, it can be used to transport materials, tarpaulins and tents by cars and trains.
There are two methods for the extrusion process of polypropylene flat wire: one is that the polypropylene resin is plasticized and melted by the extruder, and then the film sheet is extruded by the T-shaped structure die. After cutting, it is stretched and formed. The process sequence is shown in Figure 9-7; Another extrusion molding process is to melt the polypropylene resin in the extruder, and then use the blow molding method (up blowing or down blowing) to form the tubular film, flatten the film bubble section, and make it after cutting, preheating, stretching and heat treatment. The process sequence is shown in Figure 9-8.
