Polyethylene foam ceiling
Polyethylene (PE) foam ceiling is an interior decoration material made of low-density polyethylene as the main raw material, plus other additives, through mixing, cross-linking, foaming, and blister molding. The thickness of the foamed sheet is generally 6mm. This ceiling has a full pattern, good color, light weight, water and moisture resistance, thermal insulation, sound absorption and easy installation.1. Product classification and quality requirements
①The product is generally divided into two types, one is calcium-plastic board, and the other is flame-retardant board. Since polyethylene is a flammable material and has the phenomenon of dripping, by adding a large amount of calcium carbonate, the dripping phenomenon can be greatly improved, but it is still combustible. Adding flame retardants can enhance the flame retardant effect, but the cost is higher. The production equipment of this product is relatively simple, the process control is not complicated, and it is easy to master. In addition, since the product is relatively soft, care should be taken to prevent sagging in the middle during construction. Such products are mainly used in public places such as hotels, high-end restaurants, auditoriums and theaters.
②The appearance quality and performance requirements of polyethylene foam ceiling shall refer to the regulations of GB-10088 "Polyethylene Foam Ceiling". This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and other items of the polyethylene foam ceiling for decoration in buildings.
PE foam ceilings are divided into two varieties, A and B. A is a common type and B is a flame-retardant type. Its appearance quality requirements and physical and mechanical performance indicators meet the requirements of Table 6-11 and Table 6-12, respectively.
