       Three-layer co-extruded polyolefin heat shrinkable film (POF) is a new type of heat shrinkable packaging material that has emerged in recent years. It is an environmentally friendly packaging material. It originated in Italy in the early 1990s and is currently used in developed countries such as Europe and America. It has been widely used and has quickly become a hot spot for the consumption of heat-shrinkable packaging films in the world. In recent years, domestic companies have introduced equipment and technology to develop and produce such films, which not only sell well in the domestic market, but also export them abroad.

      The product has the following characteristics:

      1) High transparency, good gloss, fully display the appearance of the package, and improve the grade;


      2) The shrinkage rate is as high as 75%, the performance is good, the adaptability is good, the use is safe, and the connection is resistant

      3) Good welding performance, high strength, suitable for manual, semi-automatic high-speed and fully automatic packaging;

      4) Good cold resistance, no crack below -50

      5) Environmental protection and non-toxic, in line with American DA and USDA standards, suitable for food packaging.
      1. The original village's choice
       One advantage of the three-layer co-extrusion POF is that the formula can be adjusted within a larger range. For products with different shrinkage requirements, the hierarchical structure or the selection of different raw materials can be changed to meet the market requirements. This article focuses on the three-layer co-extruded heat shrinkable film.
       The main structure of the three co-extruded POF: the outer layer of PP, the middle layer of PE, and the inner layer of PP. General PP uses binary or ternary copolymerized polypropylene, and stretch-grade resin with an MFR of 3-6g/lomin, such as 3375037 copolymerized P and homopolymerized PP to obtain products with different shrinkage rates. PE can use LDPE with a relatively good molecular weight distribution, such as 2045AC. In addition, some -DPE or metallocene linear polyethylene materials are gradually being applied to OF, making the performance of POF more diversified and application fields wider. In addition, it is necessary to add a slip agent, anti-sticking agent, antistatic agent, etc. All the above raw materials are environmentally friendly and non-toxic materials, and will not produce toxic gases and odors during production, processing and application. Before use, the raw materials and additives need to be mixed thoroughly in a high-speed mixer.
      2. Main equipment

      (1) Extrusion system: Three extruders (inner and outer extruder screw 40m, middle extruder rod 65mm), three-layer co-extrusion cone superimposed die.

      (2) The cooling water ring of the first bubble forming system, the first film tube setting device, the tension control device, and the first traction device.
      (3) The second traction device of the second bubble forming system, infrared oven device (imported from German components), precision temperature control device (power adjustment module), infrared temperature measuring device (imported from American components), and external bubble cooling device.
      (4) Rotary retracting device (double double retracting) third and fourth traction device, tension control device
