The principle of blown film technology for stone paper production line:

After coating the base paper produced by the equipment, the product can be used for writing, printing, making books, magazines, notebooks, advertising brochures and other products.

Mold

Automatic air supply and stabilizer

During the blowing process, the air leakage could make the film narrow, then the transducer close to the film will feedback this signal to main controller, and open the electromagnetic valve to feed air to mould, with the alarm, until the film’s width is regular, then close the electromagnetic valve without alarm.

Traction splint

Including traction roller, guide roller, etc., can eliminate traction wrinkles, improve the cooling effect of membrane bubble.

The cutting

Includes traction roller, guide roll, roll, split device and other parts

Thickness gauge

The thickness and thickness deviation of the paper can be shown in the thickness and thickness deviation of the paper. The data can be provided to the operators for the thickness adjustment.

Winding machine
