Polypropylene products are light, non-toxic, cheap, good performance, easy to shape and widely used plastics. The applications of different polypropylene products are as follows.
① Polypropylene extrusion blown film is a kind of product with simple production equipment, high production efficiency and low price. It is widely used in food packaging, textiles and civil life miscellaneous products packaging.
② Extrusion cast film is a kind of film with high transparency, good moisture resistance, excellent heat and cold resistance, and easy to heat seal. It is mainly used for packaging food, textiles, stationery and miscellaneous goods, and its performance is better than polyethylene blown film.
③ Polypropylene tape cast film can be combined with other kinds of plastic films, such as paper and aluminum foil, to form two or more layers of composite film. When used for the outer layer, the polypropylene film is a film with good strength, stable size, barrier, heat and cold resistance and good printability; When used for the inner layer, it is a film with good heat sealing, oil resistance and sanitation; When used in the intermediate layer, it is a film with good gas barrier and can replace cellophane.
