Classification of filled polypropylene

(1) Performance characteristics The performance of filled polypropylene is related to the content of the filler, the performance of the filler, the type, particle size, shape, and dispersion state and uniformity of the polypropylene resin. The properties of filled polypropylene usually have the characteristics of good heat resistance, low shrinkage rate of molded products, good dimensional stability, and relatively high hardness. If the amount of filler is relatively high, the properties of this filled polypropylene (such as heat resistance, cold resistance, mechanical properties and processability, etc.) are better than those of pure polypropylene resin molded products; but the gloss, Toughness and elongation at break decreased significantly.
