Plastic woven bag material
1、 Common raw and auxiliary materials
The commonly used plastic woven bags take polypropylene or high-density polyethylene as the main raw material, and polyethylene, filling masterbatch, paraffin, coloring pigment and other auxiliary materials. Hollow board production line www.handern.com com
1. Polypropylene (PP) polypropylene is a kind of plastic polymerized from propylene monomer. Its density is 0.90 ~ 0.91g/cm and melting point is 160 ~ 175 ℃. Polypropylene is white, translucent and waxy before dyeing and regeneration. Its transparency and air permeability are better than polyethylene and harder than polyethylene. Heating and softening can continuously pull out the wire. Hollow board production line www.handern.com com
2. Polyethylene (PE) polyethylene is polymerized from ethylene monomer. Polyethylene is also divided into low density polyethylene (LDPE), medium density polyethylene (MDPE) and high density polyethylene (HDPE). (1) Low density polyethylene (also known as high-pressure polyethylene, referred to as high-pressure polyethylene for short) has a density of about 0.92g/cm3 and a melting point of about 130 ℃. It is milky white, translucent and waxy before undyed and recycled processing, which is softer than low-pressure polyethylene. (2) The density of medium density polyethylene is 0.93 ~ 0.94g/cm, which is between high density and low density polyethylene, so it is called medium density polyethylene. Introduction to processing technology of new and old plastic bags (3) high density polyethylene (also known as low-pressure polyethylene, referred to as low-pressure polyethylene for short), with a density of 0.94 ~ 0.965g/cm and a melting point of about 140 ℃. The density of high-density polyethylene is the higher of polyethylene, so it is called high-density polyethylene. It is milky white, opaque and hard before dyeing and recycling processing. It can be drawn by heating and melting. Hollow board production line www.handern.com com
3. The filling masterbatch for filling the woven bag is generally made of calcium carbonate mixed with polypropylene or polyethylene, heated and extruded by an extruder and granulated. Its function is to eliminate and reduce static electricity, lubricate flat wire and reduce cost.
4. Paraffin wax is an auxiliary plasticizer with low volatility, nonflammability and low price. It can replace part of the plasticizer, reduce the product cost, lubricate the flat wire and increase the brightness. Hollow board production line www.handern.com com
5. Coloring pigment the main function of coloring pigment is to provide color for products, improve appearance and increase decoration; Increase the photothermal stability and weather resistance of products; Filling modification endows the products with new properties.
(1) Common coloring pigments for plastic woven bags ① lisolbo Red: red coloring pigment with blue light. The covering rate and coloring power are strong, but the heat resistance is not as good as that of phenolic cyanine red, and the light resistance is poor. Lisolpo red is one of the main red colorants in China. ② Molybdenum chrome red: orange red in color, grade 5 for sun resistance and heat resistance, grade 3 for alkali resistance and acid resistance. It is often used as color matching of red. ③ Iron oxide red: good light resistance and heat resistance. It can promote the degradation of polypropylene, polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride in acidic environment. Under alkaline conditions, it can improve thermal stability and aging resistance. Iron oxide red can be used in color matching or alone. ④ Medium chrome yellow: orange yellow inorganic coloring pigment. It has good light resistance and heat resistance, no migration and low coverage. It can be used alone or in color matching. ⑤ Lemon yellow: lemon yellow inorganic coloring pigment with green color. The color is slightly bright, with good heat and light resistance, no migration and strong coverage. Generally, it can be used alone or color matching. ⑥ Phthalocyanine blue: a blue pigment with a slight red light. It has bright color, strong covering rate, good heat resistance, light resistance and solvent resistance, and good dispersion. It can be used alone or in color matching. ⑦ cyanine group: beautiful color, high temperature resistance, alkali resistance, sun resistance and climate resistance, but not acid resistance and easy to be polluted by lead. ⑧ phthalocyanine green: green coloring pigment with blue light. Bright color, excellent heat resistance, light resistance, solvent resistance and dispersion. ⑨ Titanium dioxide: white opaque coloring pigment. Insoluble in dilute acid and water, high price, heat resistance, light resistance, weather resistance and good dispersion. Carbon black: strong coverage, good thermal stability, high light resistance and no migration. It can be used as black coloring alone or color matching. (2) Common coloring pigment combination scheme of three colors: lisolbo Red + medium chrome yellow + titanium dioxide (purple) ① bright red: lisolbo Red + medium chrome yellow (yellow in the sun) lisolbo red (red in the sun) lisolbo red (trace) (transparent) ② Pink: 630 rose red + titanium dioxide (white in the sun) Sun resistant bright red + titanium dioxide (purple in the sun) ③ medium blue: titanium dioxide + phthalocyanine blue [titanium dioxide + phthalocyanine blue (small amount) ④ sky blue: l phthalocyanine blue (trace) (transparent) ⑤ Dense yellow: lemon yellow ⑥ light yellow: titanium dioxide + medium chrome yellow ⑦ medium yellow: titanium dioxide + medium chrome yellow + molybdenum chrome brown red ⑧ milk yellow: titanium dioxide + lemon yellow ⑨ milk white: titanium dioxide + medium chrome yellow ⑩ fruit green: titanium dioxide + phthalocyanine green ⑪ Red Brown: lisolbo red + medium chrome yellow + ordinary carbon black ⑫ Purple Brown: lisolbo Red + medium chrome yellow + ordinary carbon black.
