Inner guide cylinder composite

The inner guide cylinder compound machine is mainly composed of unwinding device, printing device, preheating device, coating device, compound device, concave edge device, punching and cutting device, etc. it is driven by an electromagnetic speed regulating motor, and the printing device, preheating device, compound device and punching and cutting device work continuously and synchronously through the connecting rod shaft.
1、 Unwinding device
The unwinding device is composed of unwinding rack, unwinding shaft support, unwinding shaft, etc. Four or more unwinding shaft supports are arranged on the unwinding frame, and three kinds of base materials are installed on the same unwinding frame. 2、 Printing device
The printing device of internal guide cylinder compound machine usually adopts two-color dry offset printing. See Figure 9-1. The two-color dry offset printing press is composed of two plate rollers, one cloth transfer embossing roller, two pairs of ink transfer rollers, etc. The composite surface base material is uncoiled from the unwinding frame, printed by the printing device and then transmitted to the coating device.
3、 Preheating device
The preheating device is composed of three rollers, which are driven by gears. The surface of the preheating roller is plated with hard chromium, with a general diameter of 200 ~ 400mm. The roller is filled with common liquid (heat transfer oil) and heated by an electric heating tube. Its function is to preheat the cylinder cloth base material and remove moisture.
4、 Coating device
The coating device is mainly composed of 7 groups of left and right strip supports, internal force guide and expander, etc. The utility model covers the cylinder cloth base material outside the inner tension guide, and then wraps the surface printing base material and base film outside the cylinder cloth base material through 7 groups of strip pressing rods to enter the composite roller. 5、 Compound device
The compound device is mainly composed of 7 heating rollers, 4 cooling rollers and 5 rubber pressing rollers. The surface of heating roller and cooling roller is plated with hard chromium. The diameter of roller is 200 ~ 400mm. Each roller is driven by gear. General heating roller

6、 Concave edge device
The concave edge device is mainly composed of inner guide, blank holder and four concave edge wheels. Its process is that the composite barrel cloth wraps the inner guide, the barrel cloth is raised by the inner guide, and then fixed and shaped by the blank holder. The four concave edge wheels concave both sides of the barrel cloth, and then pressed and formed by the guide and pressing roller of the cutting device.
7、 Punching and cutting device

The punching device is the same as that of the extrusion compound punching machine.
The common cutting form of the cutting device of the internal guide cylinder compound machine is the heating sawtooth cutter.
The function of the punching and cutting device is to punch (some do not need to punch) and cut the composite materials sent by the guide pressure roller, which are transported out by the conveying pressure roller.
Section II common raw and auxiliary materials
1、 Raw materials
The raw materials used for inner guide cylinder composite include paper, plastic film, polypropylene woven bag cylinder, cloth cylinder and other cylinder materials.
(1) Paper types include: kraft paper, high-quality paper, cellophane, etc. (2) Cloth: cotton, linen, canvas, chemical fiber cloth, etc.
(3) Plastic film is the key part of inner guide cylinder composite, which requires strong adhesion, thin, low melting temperature, non-toxic and tasteless plastic film. At present, linear high-density polyethylene is widely used, with blown film with expansion ratio of 1:1.6 ~ 1:2.
2、 Auxiliary materials
Auxiliary materials include talc powder and ink.
Ink is adopted according to the design of printing device, generally offset ink and alcohol soluble ink.
Section III inner guide cylinder composite process
The production process of inner guide cylinder composite is shown in Figure 9-3. Three kinds of base materials on the unwinding device are discharged at the same time. After printing, the base material on the surface meets with the second base material (film). After drilling (some do not need to be perforated), it is sent to the coating device by the guide roller to wrap the third base material (barrel material) for compounding, concave edge, drilling (some do not need to be perforated) and cutting.
1、 Preparation before startup
(1) Prepare composite substrate and auxiliary materials.
(2) Check whether the safety cover of the machine is neat and whether there is residue on the cutter. Whether the base material meets the process requirements, especially whether the range of the barrel base material is within the processing range of the inner tension guide and inner guide. If it is not suitable, adjust or replace the appropriate inner tension guide and inner guide immediately.
(3) The punching and pricking roller shall be correctly selected according to the process requirements. (4) Turn on the air pump and check whether each pressing roller is normal.
(5) Check and add oil to the open gear, sprocket and sliding bearing. (6) Stick the required rubber pattern on the plate roller of the printing device.
(7) Turn on the main power switch to make the machine run without load, check whether the rotating parts operate normally, turn on the heater of the heating roller, and check whether each heating roller is powered and heated. 1、 Operation steps
(1) The three substrates are installed on the unwinding rack, and the three substrates are passed through the cutting device according to the specified process route.
(2) Adjust the ink required for ink printing, and adjust the glue amount of ink and the distance between offset plate and ink transfer cot. Adjust the distance between the printing substrate and the offset plate to ensure that the pattern of the printing substrate is clear after printing.
(3) Open the roller 7 (from the wrapping device to the concave device), heat it to about 50 ℃, then open 1 ~ 3 heating rollers for heating, lower the rubber roller after the temperature of 4 ~ 7 rollers rises to 13, start the speed regulating motor to make the machine run at low speed, and the linear speed of heating roller is about 3 ~ 5m / min. At the same time, turn on the heater of the preheating roller to heat the preheating roller. In addition, check the printed pattern and adjust it to reach the required position. With the increase of temperature, it can be increased to the rated speed only after meeting the composite requirements.
(4) Open the cold door to make the cold water of the cooling roller convective, and adjust the amount of cooling water to keep the surface of the cooling roller at room temperature.
(5) When the machine is running, a small amount of talc powder is sprinkled on the composite roller to keep the composite material lubricated.
(6) During normal operation, frequent inspection and careful observation shall be carried out, especially the distribution of the three substrates. If problems are found, they shall be eliminated in time.
(7) The residual articles on the cutter shall be removed in time.
(8) If there are adherents and other residues on the surface of the heating roller, it shall be handled in time. When cleaning the pressing roller and heating roller, do not drop the residue on the conductive plate and gear, so as not to affect the normal operation.
(9) When changing the roll, slow down the roll change, especially when the barrel material base material is about to be rolled out, quickly uncoil a small part of the base material with an electric device or manually in advance. After unwinding, put the tail into the head of the newly installed roll base material to be used. The insertion depth depends on the folding diameter of the base material (for example, the insertion depth of cement bag woven cloth barrel is about 300mm), and then stick the joint with adhesive tape. The other two substrates can be pasted and rewound with pre prepared adhesive tape paper, and the rewinding method is the same as that of gravure printing.
(10) During shutdown, first turn off the heater power supply of the preheating roller and the heating roller, then slow down the main engine motor, disconnect all rubber pressing rollers of the composite device and ink transfer rubber rollers of the printing device, turn off the main power switch and close the cooling water valve.
3、 Key points of Technology
1. Substrate width
The substrate width of inner guide cylinder composite is very important and must meet the requirements of composite process. Generally, the width of the first substrate (i.e. the outer surface material) is more than twice as wide as that of the third substrate (inner cylinder material), about 50mm, depending on the folding diameter of the product. The width of the second substrate (i.e. plastic film) is about 50mm wider than that of the first substrate, so that the composite product will not expose the third substrate.
2. Temperature control
The temperature is determined by the specific requirements of different materials and products, especially the inner cylinder material. The temperature of inner barrel material is appropriately controlled higher for cloth, and lower for plastic products. The inner cylinder material is polypropylene woven bag cloth, the outer surface is kraft paper, and the middle layer is linear low-density polyethylene film with an expansion ratio of less than 1:2. The three substrates are compounded on the inner guide cylinder compounding machine, and their temperature control is as follows:
(1) The surface temperature of preheating roller is 60 ℃ for 1 roller, 70 ℃ for 2 rollers and 75 ~ 80 ℃ for 3 rollers.
(2) The surface temperature of heating roller is 100 ℃ for 1 roller, 110 ℃ for 2 rollers, 115 ℃ for 3 rollers, 120 ℃ for 4 rollers, 125 ℃ for 5 rollers, 135 ℃ for 6 rollers and 145 ~ 150 ℃ for 7 rollers.
(3) The surface temperature of cooling roller is below 50 ℃. The blow molding temperature of linear low-density polyethylene film of the second base material during blow molding and extrusion is 110 ℃ in zone 1 of barrel, 130 ℃ and 3130 ℃ in zone 2 and 100 ℃ in tee 120.
3. Pressure of rubber pressure roller
The pressure of the rubber roller of the inner guide cylinder composite is also very important. Too much pressure will make the opening of the product poor, and even the inner layer bonding will occur. Too little pressure will make the composite material weak bonding and poor peel strength. Generally, the pressure of rubber roller is 600 ~ 800pa (PA).
