      1 Calendering process
      The plasticized plastic melt is passed through a series of oppositely rotating heating roller gaps, so that the material is subjected to squeezing and stretching, so as to obtain a continuous sheet of a specified size. After that, it is plasticized and foamed into foamed plastic products.
      This molding method has large processing capacity, high production efficiency, good product quality, and can produce foamed artificial leather and other foamed products.
      2. Calendering equipment
      Calender molding equipment is similar to compression molding equipment, and can also be divided into three parts, namely mixing equipment, plasticizing equipment and molding equipment. It's just that the molding equipment is different, and the molding equipment is mainly a calender. The composition of the calender is as follows.
    (1) The heart of the roller calender, its material requires high strength, corrosion resistance, rain and traffic heat, and the internal structure is hollow and drilled. The arrangement forms include in-line, L-type, inverted shock-absorbing, S-type, etc. The number of rollers includes three rollers, four rollers, and five rollers.

2) The base and frame are fixed and support the roller.
(3) The stopper device prevents overflow and adjusts the width.
(4) The roller pitch adjusting device adjusts the gap between the rollers in order to produce products of various thicknesses.
(5) The safety device (emergency brake) ensures the safety of people and equipment.
(6) The lubrication device guarantees the normal operation of the roller and each part of the calender.
(7) In addition, there are metal detectors (before the material enters the calender), product thickness gauges and so on.
