     ③Cutting can use tool steel or high-carbon steel circular slice knife. There are multiple heat dissipation grooves on the knife, and the speed is controlled within 3500r/min.
     ④ Turning and cutting can use wood processing tools, such as thin chisels, round chisels, and hand planers.
      2. Bonding of foam plastic sheets
      Since the expandable polystyrene foam sheet cannot be made too thick, it is often possible to use multilayer bonding to obtain a thick sheet. In addition, it is often used as a thermal insulation material in building materials to bond with wood, steel, cement blocks, etc. in practical applications. The conditions of commonly used adhesives are as follows.
     ①The physical strength of the expandable polystyrene foam plastic sheet itself is not very high, so the bonding force of the adhesive does not need to be too large.
     ② Solvent-based adhesives cannot be used to prevent the board from being dissolved and damaged.
     ③The adhesive must be able to cure at room temperature
     ④The bonding strength is reached within 24 hours after bonding.
      Commonly used adhesives include asphalt, polyurethane adhesives, phenolic glues and polyvinyl acetate emulsions.
      ① Asphalt adopts 5#, 6# asphalt, add 30% gasoline, and evenly paint on the surface of the adherend, and then force the board to fit it. The adhesive has good waterproof performance, good chemical properties, and flexible bonding layer. However, it cannot be heated, and is suitable for bonding with wood, steel, cement walls, and foam plastic panels.
      ②Phenolic glue adopts 2127 phenolic glue, mixed with 5%-10% petroleum sulfonic acid curing agent, and solidifies at room temperature for 24 hours. After curing, the bonding strength is very high, but it is brittle, so it must be applied very thinly.
      ③Polyvinyl acetate emulsion is suitable for bonding wood and foam plastic boards to each other
