plastic film
The plastic films used in composite materials are arranged in order according to their dosage: polyethylene, polypropylene, cellophane, polyester, nylon, co-extruded film, ethylene and acrylate copolymer film, etc., as well as polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl chloride and polyvinyl chloride. Styrene, ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, etc.
Different plastic films have different properties and advantages and disadvantages. Composite materials are the combination of plastics with different properties, overcome the shortcomings of individual film materials, concentrate their respective advantages, and allow composite materials to give full play to their comprehensive excellent performance to meet people's requirements for various packaging.
According to the general properties of commonly used plastics, we can combine two or more different films according to the properties listed in the table to produce packaging materials that meet the requirements.
      1. Polyethylene
Polyethylene (PE) is polymerized from ethylene monomer with a relative molecular mass of more than 50,000. Due to different manufacturing methods and control methods, it can not only synthesize products with different molecules, but also manufacture low-density polyethylene and medium-density polyethylene. , High-density polyethylene and cross-linked polyethylene and other products with different properties
     (1) Low-density polyethylene (LDPE). Its density is about 0.92g/cm, which is lower than other polyethylene products, so it is called low-density polyethylene, also known as high-pressure polyethylene.
     (2) Medium density polyethylene (MDPE). Its density is about 0.93-0.94g/cm, which is between high-density polyethylene and low-density polyethylene, so it is called medium-density polyethylene.

     (3) High-density polyethylene (HDPE). Its density is 0.9-0.96gm, which is the higher molecular weight in polyethylene, so it is called high-density polyethylene, also known as low-pressure polyethylene.

     (4) Cross-linked polyethylene (CLPE). Cross-linked polyethylene is a new type of polyethylene manufactured by the radiation cross-linking method. Because it has higher heat resistance than other polyethylenes, high barrier properties, high tensile strength, and high heat shrinkage rate. At present, most Used as a heat-shrinkable sentence packaging film.
