1. Polyethylene
Polyethylene (PE) is polymerized from ethylene monomer with a relative molecular mass of more than 50,000. (2) Medium density polyethylene (MDPE). Its density is about 0.93-0.94g/cm, which is between high-density polyethylene and low-density polyethylene, so it is called medium-density polyethylene.
(3) High-density polyethylene (HDPE). Its density is 0.9-0.96gm, which is the higher molecular weight in polyethylene, so it is called high-density polyethylene, also known as low-pressure polyethylene.
(4) Cross-linked polyethylene (CLPE). Cross-linked polyethylene is a new type of polyethylene manufactured by the radiation cross-linking method. Because it has higher heat resistance than other polyethylenes, high barrier properties, high tensile strength, and high heat shrinkage rate.
