Preparation before starting
1. Preparation of basement membrane(1) First, design according to user requirements to meet various packaging requirements. Once you have determined which types of substrates to use, you must choose the width of the substrates according to the size of the bag.
(2) The surface of the base film to be composited must be clean, dry, smooth, dust-free, and oil-free. For non-polar polypropylene materials with dense and smooth surfaces, corona treatment must be carried out in advance to make them The surface tension is increased to 40mm, at least 38mNm or more. In this way, printing and bonding can achieve a certain degree of speed.
(3) Cut the wide roll into narrow film rolls of required specifications. Appropriate margin should be placed during slitting. Generally, the first substrate is about 10mm wider than the finished bag, the second substrate is about 10m wider than the first substrate, and the third substrate is about 10mm wider than the second substrate. The width is 10mm to prevent the adhesive from getting dirty on the cylinder during compounding. The two ends of the film roll after slitting are required to be flat and the winding tension is appropriate.
(4) Before lamination, the first substrate is generally printed, usually (in-print) gravure printing. In addition to ensuring the printing quality, it also requires that the film does not produce, the winding is neat, and the tension is appropriate.
2. Preparation of adhesive
When formulating, for the two-component adhesive, in order to obtain the best overall performance and bonding performance, it should be formulated according to the ratio of the main agent and the curing agent provided in the product manual of the adhesive manufacturer, and the weighing must be very high. Accurate, if the curing agent is in a small package and is a quantitatively used up glue, it is best to add the main agent first, then the curing agent, and then wash the curing agent container with the solvent that has been prepared, and strive to make all the curing agents genuine Match with the main agent, do not affect the true ratio of the main agent to the curing agent because it sticks to the wall of the container barrel and does not pour cleanly. Therefore, the solution for washing the curing agent container should be added to the compounding tank to match the main agent. Finally, add all the remaining solvent to the compounding tank and mix well.
