(2) There should be no oil stains and photopolymer residues on the base of the cleaning printing plate, because this will affect the adhesion of the double-sided tape. Be careful not to let the solvent come into contact with the surface of the photosensitive layer.
(3) Adhesive tape: Take the double-sided tape and remove the protective film on the surface; put the printing plate on one side of the adhesive tape, then cut off the tape, and stick the other side of the adhesive to a suitable position on the plate roller. Note that the position should be correct, not oblique, and the entire plate should be attached firmly

(2) Printing
(1) Printing pressure Flexographic printing pressure should be light, subject to clear graphics and text. If the pressure is too high, the flexographic plate is squeezed, the lines and dots spread out, the lines become thicker, the dots expand, and the image is blurred. If the printing pressure is too light, the graphics and text will be unclear and thick, and they will have to be thin. To adjust the pressure of the flexographic plate, pay attention to the following points: ①The flatness of the printing plate; ②The pressure between the anilox roller and the printing plate roller; ③The pressure between the impression roller and the printing plate, the surface of the two rollers is tangent, The pressure at both ends should be consistent with the middle pressure. In short, the anilox roller, plate roller and impression roller must meet the requirements of straight shafts and concentric circles.
(2) Printing ink The ink used in the flexographic plate is mainly alcohol-soluble ink, and the main ink solvents are ethanol, isopropanol, butanol, and isobutanol.
