Wuhan Modern Organic Polymer Fiber

Organic compound fibers include aramid wheels (aromatic polyacids) and polyethylene terephthalate (PEID) fibers. Aromatic wheels usually exist in two forms, chopped and surface-treated. The composite material made of Fanglun is especially suitable for the situations where high damping is required for the preparation of parts. Because of the low compressive strength of these fibers, they are easily worn (shortened) during compounding; therefore, the mechanical properties of aramid fiber composites are not obvious, especially when considering their cost. Aramid fibers are not straight rods like glass fibers or carbon fibers, but are crimped or curved. This feature makes the aramid fibers in the aramid composite material not completely oriented along the flow direction during processing, because the surface is more uniform in the distribution of properties in all directions. www.handern.com Non-woven equipment
PET chopped fiber bundles can be mixed with glass fibers to improve the impact strength of the brittle resin matrix. Although PET fiber can not provide the mechanical strength or hardness of composite materials, it has a lower cost compared with other glass fiber pile reinforcement components, and the abrasion effect of PET fiber on the mold surface is lower than that of glass fiber pile. www.handern.com Non-woven equipment
Kevlar fiber was industrialized in 1972 by the American Society State Corporation, and it is a variety of Aramid fiber. It has super rigid molecular chain and super high modulus. After many experiments, the fiber is spun by the wet method, and its tensile modulus is more than 50GPa (353cN/dtex), which is two and a half times higher than that of glass fiber, and is more rigid than glass fiber under the same quality. In 1970, the Shebang company Blades invented the dry jet-wet spinning process, which increased the fiber strength by two times and the spinning speed by four times. From then on, Shebang started the industrialization of aromatic polyfibers, which was later named Kevlar commercially. The difference with general polyamides is that most of the polymer main chain is aliphatic (anti) and cycloaliphatic (anti). Aromatic amide fibers include Kevlar (terephthalate terephthalate fiber) from the U.S. State Council, Mex mex (polyisophthalic acid terephthalate fiber), Teijin Kang's gram New (Conex) (poly(isoxylylene) and phenylene-diamine fiber), Technora (poly(terephthalene-p-phenylene) fiber) and Aaron (poly(p-xylylene-p-phenylene diamine) fiber). The two fibers developed in my country in the early 1980s have the same structure as the Kelaf fiber, named Lun 1414 and Fang Lun 14, collectively known as Aro Lun fibers. www.handern.com Non-woven equipment
