1. Impregnation and drying equipment
Dipping, drying, and winding are a continuous production device with simple structure, low material requirements and processing accuracy requirements. Therefore, it is easier to manufacture. The main parts are briefly described as follows:
(1) Dipping and gluing machines are divided into horizontal and vertical types, but the main equipment is rack, dipping tank, glue volume adjustment device, steering roller, heating roller and tension roller. There are two types of dipping tanks: V-shaped and U-shaped. U-shaped tanks are mostly used for horizontal dipping, small batch production or single-sided dipping, and their dipping distance is short; U-shaped tanks are mostly used for vertical dipping. The dipping tank is equipped with a thermal insulation jacket, and warm water at 25~30℃ can be used to control the viscosity of the resin. There are two types of glue adjustment devices: squeeze roller type and scraper type. The squeeze roller type is suitable for base materials with high density, tight fiber structure and poor water absorption. The amount of dipping (gluing amount) is easy to control, so it is widely used. Scraper type cartridge, but it is only suitable for dipping materials with good water absorption. The amount of dipping is not easy to control, and it is easy to scratch the base material, which is restricted by the country.
(2) Drying and drying room The purpose is to remove the solvent, moisture and volatiles after immersion, while further condensing the resin. The outer shell of the drying room is made of heat-insulating material and equipped with exhaust and ventilation devices. In conjunction with the impregnation machine, it also has horizontal and vertical two types. The horizontal drying room is long and occupies a large area. Oven temperature distribution: vertical type is divided into upper and middle lower sections, the lower section is 30~60℃, the middle section is 60~80℃, and the upper section is 85~130℃. The horizontal type is also divided into three sections, the inlet is about 110°C, the middle part is 130-150°C, and the outlet is below 100°C. High-pressure steam is used for heating in the drying room, and the hot air is conveyed. The temperature is easy to control and safe. Electric heating is not economical and is only used for high temperature resistant resins.
2. Multi-layer press
The lamination equipment is mainly multi-layer presses and ordinary hydraulic presses. This section only introduces the laminator.
Multi-layer presses are used to produce laminates, and their tonnage is relatively large, usually 2000-5000 tons. Its operating principle is similar to that of a push-down hydraulic press. The difference in structure is that more than ten to dozens of working pads are added between the two pressure plates. A dozen to dozens of laminates can be laminated at one time. The maximum distance between each layer of working pad is 100-300mm, but its range of movement is large, and it can move up and down on two pillars. There is a water channel in each layer of the backing plate, which can pass high-pressure steam cooling water. Small laminators are also electrically heated.
3. Winder
Laminated pipes, rods, etc. all use a winding machine, which is composed of several rollers. When manufacturing the laminated bar, only the core roller is removed. The large pressing roller and the front and rear supporting rollers are the core of the machine.
