Wuhan Modern Shrink Film
Wuhan Modern Shrink Film is a film that shrinks or seals the package and maintains the tension on the package for a long period of time under the conditions of use (the action of heat and external force). This kind of functional film is different from other functional films obtained by mixing special functional masterbatch or additives to obtain specific functions. Its frost-receiving function mainly depends on the characteristics of high objects and special molding process conditions. The shrink film described in this chapter includes heat shrinkable film and stretch (cold) shrinkable film. The heat-shrinkable film has a heat-shrinking function due to the directional stretching process and the unique "memory function" of the polymer. The heat-shrinkable film is divided into two-way (longitudinal and transverse) heat-shrinkable films (longitudinal and transverse shrinkage at the same time, but the shrinkage rate is not necessarily the same); one-way heat-shrinkable (longitudinal or transverse heat-shrinkable) film. Choose different equipment, the heat shrinkable film can be split into single layer heat shrinkable film and multilayer composite heat shrinkable film. According to different uses, heat shrinkable film can be divided into heavy packaging heat shrinkable film (package packaging film), light packaging heat shrinkable film (small packaging film) heat shrinkable sleeve and so on. Heat shrinkable films used in industrial production include cylindrical films, sheet films, film bags, etc. Stretched (cold) shrinkable film is a sheet-like film. Compared with heat-shrinkable film, it can shrink and tighten the packaging film of the package without heating. It is also called wrapping film or stretched film. It is a very thin film made from the high elongation, puncture resistance and self-adhesiveness of low-density polymers (or the addition of self-adhesive polymers). Stretch shrink film is produced by extrusion casting or extrusion blown film method. Using different equipment, it can produce single layer (double-sided self-adhesive) stretch shrink film and multilayer composite (single side) stretch shrink film. According to different uses, stretch shrink film is divided into hand stretch shrink film, pre-stretch machine stretch shrink film, anti-condensation food cling film and so on. Shrink films are generally transparent in their original colors.Wuhan Modern Shrink Film
