2. Art conditions
The main process conditions are: total film thickness, (55 ± 2) μm, heat seal layer thickness of 20μm, extruder processing temperature of 180 ~ 230 ~ 235 ° C, melt temperature of (235 ± 5) ° C, cooling water The temperature was (22 ± 1) ° C, the corona treatment current was 21 A, and the winding tension was 29 N.
3. Film properties
The film composite layer is corona treated and its surface tension is not less than 40 mN/m. When the heat seal layer and the cup are heat sealed, the heat seal strength is generally not less than 4.5 N/cm.
