Production method of gas phase antirust film
The gas phase rust preventive film is composed of a rust preventive film and a vapor phase corrosion inhibitor. As the film, there are PE, PP, PVC, EVA, and the most commonly used LDPE having an MFR of 3-7 g/10 min has a low temperature during melt molding. During the processing, the vapor phase inhibitor has less evaporation and less loss. The main component of the vapor phase inhibitor is an organic amine salt formed by an organic monoamine and an organic acid (or inorganic acid) at a processing plasticization temperature: as an organic monoamine, there are monoethanolamine, isopropanolamine, and dibutyl. Alkylamine, cyclohexylamine, dicyclohexylamine, aniline, benzotriazole, alkylbenzotriazole, and the like. Acids such as: caprylic acid, capric acid, lauric acid, benzoic acid, stearic acid, nitrous acid, maleic anhydride, phosphoric acid, carbonic acid, tartaric acid, and the like.
The amount of corrosion inhibitor in the anti-rust film is 1% to 10%, and the amount thereof is adversely affected by the corrosion inhibition time, the performance of the film, and the strength of the heat seal. In order to improve the effect of corrosion inhibition and prolong the action period, a composite corrosion inhibitor can be used, that is, a vapor phase corrosion inhibitor with a fast volatilization speed and a slow volatilization speed can be used together, and a good anti-rust effect can be maintained for a long time. .
There are two production methods for gas phase anti-rust film: the first one, coating method: the vapor phase corrosion inhibitor is made into a glue solution, and then the glue containing the vapor phase corrosion inhibitor is coated on the inner layer of the film, and then In a pocket, packaging metal parts, in order to improve the strength of the heat seal, to avoid the hot cover on the surface coated with the vapor phase corrosion inhibitor, a partial coating method may be used, or the gas phase rust inhibitor may be dissolved in the ink. Printing in the middle (non-full-page printing), this can also improve the strength of the heat seal, because the gas phase rust inhibitor is an oily material, affecting the heat-sealing fastness, should also pay attention to the appropriate amount of ink, otherwise, affecting the ink Attachment fastness. Second, the extrusion method: the corrosion inhibitor is directly added to the resin, and is extruded and blown.
The solid powder of the gas phase rust inhibitor is directly pressed into a tablet, and then placed in a plastic film bag for packaging metal parts. If the paper is used to impregnate the gas phase rust inhibitor solution, it will become a gas phase anti-rust paper after drying, and it can also be used for packaging metal parts such as bearings.
