6) A traction device that introduces a thin, cooled and surface treated polypropylene into the take-up unit. It is a pair of rollers with a diameter of about 200 mm. Generally, the upper roller is a rubber roller, the lower roller is a steel roller with a surface chrome plating, the steel roller is a driving roller or both rollers are active rollers.
7) Coiling device, CPP film winding device is generally two take-up rolls, which are used in rotation. Due to the high take-up speed, the automatic control of the winding surface tension device and the automatic cutting and rewinding device are adopted. Neat and flat.
8) Trimming recovery device, the edges of the CPP cast film are thickened at the edges due to “necking”, and the thick edges on both sides are generally removed before winding. The tool holder on the trimming device can be moved, and the material is sent to the crusher for crushing by the air blowing device, and the scrap gas is sent to the hopper, which can reduce the consumption of raw materials and improve the efficiency.
