BOPP/PE/A1/PE extrusion compounding process condition control example
(1) Extruder and head extruder body temperature is divided into 4 sections, respectively: 180-200 ° C; 220-250 ° C; 240-280 ° C; 280 ~ 300 ° C.
The temperature of the head connector is two: 320-330 ° C; 320-330 ° C.
The head lip temperature is divided into five sections, namely: 330-350 ° C: 330-350 ° C: 320-345 ° C; 330-350 ° C; 330 ~ 350 ° C.
That is, the molten material is controlled at 305 to 325 ° C according to the compounding requirement.
(2) Tension control of each section
1) First compounding: the first unwinding tension is 0.6-1.2 MPa; the second unwinding tension is 0.4-0.7 MPa; the feeding tension is 1.2-1.8 MPa; the winding tension is 0.4-0.8 MPa.
2) The second composite: the unwinding tension is 1.0 to 1.8 MPa; the feeding tension is 2 to 3 MPa; the winding tension is 1.2-1. 8 MPA
(3) The pressures in each section are as follows.
Coating roller pressure is 0.2~0.4MPa
The composite roll pressure is from 0.1 to 0.2 MPa.
(4) AC coating amount Coating with a light roller, the solid content of the solution is controlled at 5% to 10%, and the coating amount is 0.03-0.6 g/m2.
(5) The drying temperature is 50 to 80 °C.
(6) The cooling roll temperature is 12 to 18 °C.
(7) Extrusion speed and traction speed are determined according to the thickness of the PE layer during compounding.
(8) The curing time varies depending on the AC agent. For AD1010, at least 72h; for AD502, at least 48h.
