(1) Formulation equipment principle

(3) Additive selection
1) Plasticizer: Select a plasticizer that is resistant to low temperature and aging. DOP and DBP are commonly used in combination with epoxy grease (ED3), which increases the thermal stability of the compound. The addition of an appropriate amount of triphenyl phosphite (TPP) and epoxidized soybean oil-assisted plasticizer can also improve thermal stability.
2) Stabilizer: PVC shrink film for food packaging should use non-toxic stabilizer.
3) Toughening political agent MBS, its performance is transparent, and it can improve the impact strength.
4) Lubricating agent can choose zinc stearate, which can improve fluidity and lubricity, but the amount of addition should be appropriate. Too little lubrication is not good, which will cause retention and cause decomposition; too much will precipitate, which is not conducive to welding.
5) Adding a small amount of acrylate copolymer (ACR) can improve the fluidity of the material, and the product is smooth and shiny.
