Polycarbonate resin pellets are fed into the extruder's hopper.
The extruder heats and melts the PC pellets, then forces the molten material through the specialized die.
The die creates the hollow grid or honeycomb structure within the PC sheet as it is extruded.
Cooling rollers immediately solidify and shape the extruded sheet as it emerges from the die.
The continuous PC sheet is then cut to length using a cutting unit.
The cut sheets are stacked automatically for packaging and shipping.
