PP Hollow Profile Sheet Extrusion Line is suitable for producing various specifications of hollow plates, with targeted screw structures, process parameter control, stable shaping equipment, and a good temperature control system. Electronic control equipment can effectively optimize the operation of the entire line, achieving good quality and high output.


Through the corona processor, using high voltage and high-frequency waves, the shock molecules are ejected from the nozzle, the molecular structure is damaged by the shock and permeates to the surface of the printing body, so that the surface of the printing body can increase adhesion, which can be coated or printed.

The composition of PP Hollow Profile Sheet Extrusion Line and the functions of each component:

1. Spiral feeding machine: Sends mixed or pure raw materials to the extruder hopper.

2. Extruder: Plasticizing raw materials, melting them into toothpaste shape, and pushing raw materials

3. Screen changer: The screen changer uses a universal 80 mesh filter screen, which filters out non fusible impurities in the raw material.

4. Mold: After heating and melting the raw materials, they are extruded into shape through the mold. The alloy mold lip and adjustable flow block provide uniform pressure.

5. Vacuum shaping table: The raw materials extruded from the mold are then vacuum cooled and shaped through the vacuum shaping table.

6. Water cooling system: The water cooling system (chiller, cooling tower) is used to cool the vacuum setting table template.

7. Traction: Pull the cooled and shaped products from the shaping table (they have vacuum adsorption capacity during cooling and shaping, so force is required to pull them out).

8. Heat treatment and drying process: The product coming out of the molding table cannot reach a flat state (the thicker the product is when both sides are tilted upwards or downwards, the heavier it becomes). After secondary heating, it reaches a flat state.

9. Cooling and shaping: Quickly cool the product after secondary heating.

10. Traction: Just like the previous traction, pull the product out.

11. Shearing machine: Cut products by setting the length of the cutting equipment or manually electrically cutting the products.

12. Stacking platform: The stacking platform is equivalent to a temporary storage area, avoiding workers from cleaning and placing them one by one.

13. Electric control system: controls the entire equipment, including a PLC control system and a temperature control meter control system.

PP hollow profiles have the characteristics of non-toxic, recyclable, lightweight, low temperature resistance, waterproof and moisture-proof, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, energy absorption, and sound insulation.

Widely used for packaging of lightweight partitions in buildings, building material protection boards, aquatic vegetable and fruit packaging boxes, turnover boxes, etc. In addition, PP hollow boards are brightly colored, printable, and processable, and are also widely used in stationery, card products, etc.
