Polypropylene packing belt
The plastic packing belt can be formed with polypropylene, high-density polyethylene and PVC resin. Polypropylene packing belt has the characteristics of high tension, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, moisture resistance, light weight and easy molding, so it has the largest application among various plastic packing belts. At present, polypropylene packing belt has been widely used in packing boxes and packages of various industrial products such as light industry, medicine, cotton spinning, building materials, electrical appliances, etc. It has replaced the iron plate and paper packing belt in the past, and is one of the main materials for packing various articles.

The plastic packing belt is divided into two types: manual packing and machine packing. The manual packing is manual packing, and the manual packing machine is used, which is locked with metal clips; The machine used packing is on the automatic conveying assembly line, which adopts mechanical automatic packing, hot pressing and tape bonding.

The extrusion process of polypropylene packing belt is relatively simple. During production, the polypropylene resin and the required auxiliary materials shall be measured separately according to the formula requirements, mixed evenly and then added to the extruder for plasticization and melting, and then the ribbon melt with a certain thickness and width shall be extruded from the lip of the molding die, cooled and shaped in water, preheated and stretched, and embossed on the surface to form a polypropylene packing belt. The production process is shown in Figure 10-6.
