Production Process Sequence of Extrusion Molding Wire Mesh
Polyethylene resin pigment and some auxiliary materials → evenly mixed → extruded raw materials become molten → wire mesh is molded
Blank → mesh blank is stretched and shaped in water → traction → cylinder mesh is split into flat mesh (or not) → coiling
If the wire mesh needs to be stretched, the drawing hot water tank shall be added after the traction process, and the coiling process shall be opened after the sizing heat treatment.
The production process sequence of plastic round screen extrusion molding is shown in Figure 10-2.

The equipment for flat screen extrusion molding is shown in Figure 10-3
Equipment conditions
① The extruder can be a universal single screw extruder for extruding polyethylene resin. L/D>20:1.
② The mold structure for forming cylindrical screen by forming mold is shown in Figure 10-4.
The mold structure for forming flat screen is shown in Figure 10-5.
When the cylindrical screen forming die is working, the inner die 10 and the outer die 9 are used to synthesize the screen at the discharge port

Wheel 3 drives rotation; The outer die and the sprocket are integrated and fixed with the rotation ring 8, and rotate in the chute; The outer circle of the core mold 2 is provided with a conical spiral groove, which can evenly spread the molten materials into the mold.
The upper and lower templates in the flat screen forming mold are coat hanger type molten material flow channels. The upper and lower die is driven by the eccentric wheel shaft, which can move left and right on the rack to complete the forming of flat screen wire and the bonding of flat screen.
